We are looking to recruit 2 additional Direct Sales individuals to work under our VP Business Development. You will be assigned a terrority and will be responsible for buidling a client base. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience and ideally have a second launguage. This role will involve extensive travel throughout EMEA or the US. We offer a generous salary + commission and other benefits We supply our services to over 2,000 customers in 24 countries around the world. As demand for our services continues to increase we are looking to recruit several Account Managers who willl be responisble for maintaining relationships with these customers as well as introducing them to other services within the Bridge Talk product range. We have developed a reseller program that will be available to existing conferencing resellers, start ups, and service companies who are looking to increase their product range. You role will be to deal with incoming enquiries and also find new leads. This role will involve extensive international travel. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Channel Manager. We offer a generous salary + commission and other benefits As our product range continues to increase, we are now looing to recruit an additional Product Training Manager who will be responsible for working with the end user to train them on our entire product range. This training is usually given remotely, although at times the role will require international travel. Applicants must come from a technical training background and will ideally speak a second language. We offer a generous salary and other benefits
GENERAL PURPOSE:
To plan, organize, coordinate, develop and present product and operational training programs for ACT personnel. Responsible for creating, updating and implementing all training documentation, plans, classes, Operation, Reservation and QA procedures, and GRS new build documentation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Train all operational resources (First Wave, Temps, New Hires, Levels) Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify existing programs Draft and maintain procedures in conjunction with Operations management and global training departments Develop training manuals and other educational materials, in conjunction with global training departments Identify developmental and educational needs of Operations personnel (consistently reviewing fault trends and individual employee performance) Work in conjunction with Marketing and Product team to develop, implement and train on new products to Operations Create, in conjunction with Development, all GRS training documentation for new build roll outs, in conjunction with global training resources Conduct all training for personnel: Compunetix, GRS, Octave, Elite, WebView, QA functions, ACTOR, Reservationless set up, RCW set up, channel customer differences, Conference Director, Medical Marketing, etc Create training courses for Level Certification and manage Level Certification process training, testing and sign off Implement and manage Performance Coaching Initiative Program for operators Develop and maintain Performance Coaching Initiative Program for reservation agents, in conjunction with global training resources Evaluate effectiveness of training programs Monthly “shopping” of employee base Research and complete Root Cause Analysis reportsParticipate in product meetings, assist in planning of new product Operations rollout and training Escalate and participate in resolution of product issues with Product Team. Train global operational employees, as necessary (Hong Kong) Other training as needed/development of new training programs, as needed Provide First Wave, Primary support, and Reservation’s support as required Attend weekly fault review meetings All other duties and projects, as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Operations management with coaching of employees EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR RECOMMENDED: HS diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years teleconferencing experience preferred Training experience preferred Must be certified in Level 3 operations KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Knowledge of Compunetix software and/or Reservations systems (GRS preferred) General knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Corel, computers, binding machines and telephones.
