How do I start using Bridge Talk?
It is very simple – either call us, send us an email or fill in the form on our contact page and one of our Conferencing Specialists will activate an account for you.
Is there any minimum usage or set up fees?
Some of our clients make one call a month, whilst others make literally hundreds of calls every month. We do not charge any set up fees or minimum fees as we treat all of our clients the same.
Do I need to download any software or purchase any hardware to use your service?
There is absolutely no software required, and the only "hardware" you need is a telephone. You can connect to our service using a regular home / office phone, a pay phone, a cell phone or even a VoIP service such as Skype or Vonage etc
How are your rates so much lower than other companies we have looked at?
We are powered by ACT Conferencing who are one of the biggest and most successful virtual conferencing companies in the world. The hardware is owned by ACT and because of the exceptionally high call volume that they experience, they are able to buy the lines at a much lower rate than their competitors. We also try to keep our overheads as low as possible to enable us to offer you the most competitive pricing in Israel.
So if your price is lower, does that mean the call quality will not be very good?
Not at all! We pride ourselves on having the best call quality available. Our call quality is the same as a regular one to one phone call. Our customers do not experience any static, echo or dropped participants that people often identify with low prices. Hundreds of Israel's leading Hi Tech's, Financial Institutions and Industrial companies are all enjoying our excellent call quality.
What do I do if I have a problem during a call?
Our customers benefit from the highest levels of call quality, but you can rest assured help is at hand if you have any difficulties during a call. You can dial *0 from the conference room and you will be connected to an operator within seconds. Alternatively you can speak to our 24/7 support teams located in Israel, Europe, USA or Asia.
How many people can I have on a call?
ACT hold the Guinness World Record for the largest ever conference call with 10,424 participants, and they have the ability to go beyond that number if required
Can I record my calls?
Yes – you can either listen to your call again from anywhere in the world using our digital replay service, download an MP3 of your call, or we can ship a CD of your call to any location in the world. Our team of experts ensure that any background noise is removed from the conference recording.
Am I able to have certain lines muted during a call?
Using our standard service, each participant can mute their own line, or as the host of the call you can mute certain lines. Alternatively if you use our Operator Assisted or Elite Investor Relations service you will have an operator with you throughout the conference, and they will manage the call to your specific requirements
How quickly are you able to set up an account for me?
Our Reserved Passcode service can be set up in a matter or minutes, or if you would like the benefit of having your own conference room to you as when you need without having to pre book, we can open a Bridge Talk On Demand account for you with 2 hours. Our Operator Assisted and Elite Investor Relations calls require a little more planning, but can be set up in a matter of hours.
How do we pay for your services?
An electronic invoice is sent to you by email once a month (We can also provide you with a paper invoice) and our payment terms are 30 days. Payment can be made by check, bank wire or credit card.
